General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Additional Information
All products are meticulously tested and carefully wrapped in protective material before shipping. In case you find the product is not working upon arrival and there is cosmetic damage to the equipment, it is very likely it was damaged during transport. In that case we will handle the case as per the buyer’s preference: customer can either keep the product AS IS and receive a refund for the shipping cost or send the product back to us for a full refund (less shipping).
We are a small shop and can only offer FULL Refund (no restocking fee) on defective items.
Defective items are items that arrived in perfect shape (no visible transport damage) and yet are not performing as they should.
We still offer a refund if you are not happy with our product, however, in that case we will charge a 15% restocking fee + shipping.
We are happy to answer all questions and demo the items before they are shipped to make sure they meet your expectations. We are in the business of making customers happy with their guitar tone and we will do everything we can to make that happen!
